About the role

We are looking for two full time (37 hours) Business Officers to join our busy team providing administration and financial support to the Family Support & Safeguarding Teams. One post will be based in Cambridge and one post based in Ely.

  • Taking minutes at statutory meetings.

You will need good administration skills and the ability to prioritise as this is a fast-paced role often with statutory deadlines. You will need excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be liaising with external agencies such as the Police, Health and Schools.

You will be expected to work on your own initiative, keep calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.

You should have a methodical and concise approach to tasks and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively. You will need a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft packages (Word and Excel) and be able to use databases.

However, please note, you do not need to meet all of the essential criteria to be able to apply, we are looking for enthusiastic people who are keen to learn.
