Our Vision statement is ‘Achieving Potential Together as a School Family’ and we are looking for a teacher who echoes our view that every child deserves to reach their potential and primary school is the platform to create curious and courageous learners.

Stretham Community Primary School has strong, purposeful, reciprocal links with our children, teachers, parents and our local community.

The children at our school sit front and centre of all we do and we aspire to create a nurturing, inclusive and safe environment for each member of our school family we are a successful village school with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We are situated just off the A10 south of Ely and with easy access to and from Cambridge.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our happy and supportive school family from September 2024.

There is no defined class or year group responsibility as yet. We will, however, consider the expertise and preferences of the successful candidate.

Main scale and UPS teachers are welcome to apply.

The successful applicant will need:

 To be an excellent classroom practitioner with motivation and creativity.

 The ability to work well in a team and form positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.

 Dedication and high expectations of themselves and the children they teach. In return, we offer:
