We are looking for three communications professionals with a background in either public relations, marketing or behaviour change to join our exciting and dynamic Communications and Information Team.
Cambridgeshire County Council is a forward-thinking organisation with a clear vision, and a set of ambitions to help us improve the lives of people across the county.
Communicating those ambitions – in particular delivering safe and sustainable travel across the county, meeting our net zero and climate change pledges, and building safe and prosperous communities – in interesting and compelling ways, is a key function of our award-winning communications team.
Additional funding for new projects, has led to the need for us to look for excellent communicators who are looking to further their careers in an environment that can offer compelling challenges, good levels of personal and professional development and supportive colleagues.
You may be an all-round communicator but if you have experience in behaviour change marketing, news, or content creation in a private or public sector organisation and are looking to take your next career step – we’d like to hear from you.
Currently, the team operates a hybrid working model with two days a week in-person working, usually from New Shire Hall which is located on Alconbury Weald.
Closing date Monday, 22nd May 5pm
The interviews will be held at New Shire Hall, Emery Crescent, Alconbury PE28 4YE on dates to be confirmed w/c: May 29th or w/c: June 5th
