About the role
Changing Futures is an ambitious new partnership programme, working to improve the experiences of people facing multiple disadvantage, by enabling them to guide professionals across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough in transforming local systems.
We are looking to recruit a Coproduction, Inclusion and Involvement Manager. The successful candidate will work in partnership to transform services and systems across the criminal justice, drug and alcohol, homelessness, mental health, and domestic abuse sectors. You will drive the development and implementation of the programme and project team. You will lead and oversee our coproduction and co-design initiatives across all areas of our partnership. You will have experience of managing a team, facilitating workshops/networks, and be able to influence senior leaders across the system.

This role will be hosted by Cambridgeshire County Council on behalf of the Changing Futures Partnership, funded and supported by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Public Service Board (CPPSB).
We are flexible about work location with the option to work from home. This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) that is fixed term for 18 months. This role is open to job sharing. This role will be subject to a standard DBS check.

What will you be doing?
The postholder will work with partner agencies to identify adults at risk and will lead the Counting Every Adult (CEA) team as they transition their operational delivery to implement the Trusted Person’s Approach across the system. You will manage coproduction networks, ensuring that as the Programme develops learning is sought from experts by experience. You will be responsible for identifying and supporting a network of coproduction facilitators to reach people with lived experience of multiple disadvantage.
You will work collaboratively with the Systems Leadership, Learning and Development Manager and the Project Manager to develop and implement the programme.
You will report to the Head of Changing Futures and offer recommendations to the Changing Futures Strategic Board, which is formed of senior policy, delivery, and commissioning leads across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
About you
You will need to subscribe to the Changing Futures values, including the belief that deep and meaningful change can be brought about through building strong partnerships and working directly with experts through experience.
The role requires a capable communicator, able to work with partners and experts by experience and draw out learnings from the system. The postholder will be adept at using data to monitor and improve support services.
You will have line management experience and the ability to support a team working with vulnerable adults. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong advocate for individuals facing multiple disadvantage.
This is a demanding but very rewarding role in a fast-paced environment, suited to someone with experience of using coproduction in complex systems.
