Coroners Service Administrator

About the role

We are seeking to appoint an effective, organised and efficient person as a Coroner Service Administrator for a 2.5 years fixed-term contract.

The role includes general administration such as handling the post, answering the main incoming line, processing team emails and providing IT support in court.

The roles will support our continued delivery a high standards of customer service as we manage increasing workloads.

The post is based at Lawrence Court in Huntingdon (no parking is provided).

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate an organised and efficient approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

You must be proficient at using IT systems (including various Windows packages and Case Management Systems). You will be required to deliver enhanced levels of service to bereaved families, and partner agencies.
