To strengthen this renewed focus, we need an outstanding, experienced and talented individual to join the Council’s Leadership Team. As our new Statutory DASS, you’ll need to be a credible system leader, able to work strategically and operationally with all our partners. Importantly, you’ll be deeply committed to listening to and learning from the lived experience of our service users, by bringing the compassionate and inclusive approach they deserve, and we expect, both within the Council and across the County.
