Frameworks Manager

About the role

Managing a small team that looks after highway and consultancy frameworks, as well as writing additional service contracts as required, to meet the demands of an innovative Highways and Transport Team. Experience in all forms of contract mainly NEC is essential, must be conversant with NEC forms of contract, having written or managed contracts and performance previously. 

Experience of managing supply chains, contract negotiations/ disputes, and collaborative cultures.

What will you be doing?

You will be able to implement and managing framework contracts. Lead on processes, systems, commissioning services via these frameworks and developing the frameworks to meet the needs of the service. Experienced in performance, financial and contract management lead a small team to deliver the service requirements and demonstrate value for money.  

About you

Experienced in the Highways and Transport sector, with a knowledge of good contract management principles. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across as variety of sectors. Confident in numbers both data and financial, to achieve the performance and value for money requirements, expected of these frameworks.
