About the role
The Greater Cambridge Partnership is the local delivery body for a City Deal with central Government, bringing powers and investment worth up to £500 million over 15 years, to vital improvements in infrastructure, supporting and accelerating the creation of 44,000 new jobs, 33,500 new homes and 420 additional apprenticeships.
The Insight and Performance Manager will lead and develop our approach to gathering, analysing and interpreting data on our programme. These insights will be used to help demonstrate the benefits of the GCP programme to key stakeholders including the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
What will you be doing?
The role will work with projects, partners and stakeholders to develop the system-wide gathering, sharing, analysis and interpretation of data, strengthening how we deliver our strategic objectives and demonstrate the programmes impact. The post holder will support commissioning and developing of data sources and can expect to be regularly working with partner organisations to gather and monitor performance data and information available for analysis and evaluation over the life of the whole programme up to 2030.
About you
The Greater Cambridge Partnership offers completely flexible working arrangements which includes hybrid working, job share and part time or full-time agreements. Although the office for the Greater Cambridge Partnership will continue to be based in the city of Cambridge, we are flexible on location and working pattern, and actively encourage flexible working.
