What will you be doing?

Joining us now you will become part of a fresh and energetic team with an ambitious commitment to the children and families we support.  We know we need to improve and are confident we can deliver the changes, but we can’t do it without you.

Adopting a highly collaborative approach you will ensure that internal and external resources work together to identify and deliver a range of services that meet the needs of the community and the children and young people in care, who are at the centre of everything we do.

By joining us you will be supported personally and professionally to deliver in this key role.  Enabling you to identify and share good practice countywide and providing advice and guidance in this specialist area.

We offer flexible work base location options across Cambridgeshire.

About you

You will be a qualified social worker with current Social Work England registration and demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.

You will be a strategic thinker and have the ability to identify and implement strategic solutions with a proven track record of effective change management.

We want you to share our values and inspire confidence with colleagues at all levels of the organisation, forming collaborative relationships across the partnership.
