About the role

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for leading and managing diverse technical teams? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT Operational Services to oversee the day-to-day delivery of support services and acts as the senior technical lead for our Digital Service. This pivotal role will ensure the effective use of technology in line with our IT Strategy, meeting the short, medium and long-term needs of the organisation.

This is a hybrid role, with regular on site presence required.

What will you be doing?

As Head of IT Operational Services, you will lead and manage teams that implement and oversee the full range of Operational Services, including infrastructure, networking and applications, both on-premises and via cloud services.

You will bring a wide range of technical and service management experience across diverse technical disciplines as well as service management and service delivery.

About you

You will be an experienced and strategic leader with a proven track record of IT operations, possessing strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities and withhold a commitment to continuous improvement. You will place the customer at the heart of service delivery.
