You’ll have a unique opportunity to lead the assessment teams within our wide prevention offer with the Adults, Health and Commissioning. 

Appointment to this post will be subject to the outcome of an Enhanced Disclosure obtained through the Disclosure and Barring Service. What will you be doing?

You will be leading, developing and managing the performance and delivery of the Assessment teams across Cambridgeshire, these teams respond to the emerging needs of adults and ensure that they live fulfilling independent lives. 

You will be actively involved in the development and organisational strategy of the service as well as responsible for delivery.  The service areas that you will manage include: 

  • Adult Early Help 

  • Occupational Therapy and Sensory Services 

  • Assessment Team 

  • Enhanced Response Service and Social Care Support Team 

  • Prevention Hub 

  • Technology Enabled Care Services
