About the role
Cambridgeshire are entering an exciting period in relation to the delivery of transport. We have a new strategy that is seeking to evolve and challenge the way our transport services are delivered. We are working closely with providers and families to make sure our transport from home to school and our transport offer for vulnerable adults is the best it can be.
Transport is one of the key priorities for the Education Directorate, and there has been significant investment in the creation of a new service dedicated to delivering outstanding transport services. It is the perfect time to join the new team as they embark on a new chapter.
The Monitoring Officer reports directly to the Passenger Transport Delivery Manager and is a key role in delivering our contract and operator compliance monitoring within the Passenger Transport Team.
