About CamPlay…
CamPlay is part of the Community Support Service, running clubs for Children and Young People aged 6-19 years across the county of Cambridgeshire.
We have Saturday clubs and youth clubs running at weekends and holiday clubs running during the summer, Easter and Christmas school holidays. We support a wide range of children and young people with a learning and or physical disability. We provide a safe, fun and engaging place where children and young people can play, make friends, get out into their local community and develop lifelong skills in preparation for adulthood.
CamPlay clubs run in Ely, March, Wisbech, Huntingdon, St Neots, and Cambridge. You can choose which locations to work in however during this recruitment campaign we are particularly looking to recruit people from the Cambridge and Fenland areas who have availailablity to work at our Saturday Clubs.

About you…
- You will have relevant experience of supporting children, young people or adults with a disability
- You will be able to work on your own initiative in challenging situations, often supporting behaviours that may challenge using a positive behavioural support approach
- Reliable, motivated and able to work with a child and young person-centered approach
- Able to encourage and promote independence, choice and communication
- Understanding of the significance of safeguarding and health & safety procedures
- Able to travel independently to Cambridge City Centre or Fenland based clubs with availability to work on Saturdays.

Business insurance is required on all personal vehicles used to travel from home to work, for relief workers.

All successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced adult and child DBS, along with two verifed references before appointment of the role.
