What will you be doing?

As a SEN Casework Officer, you will manage an allocated caseload, adeptly navigating the statutory processes associated with EHC Needs Assessment and Review. Working with parent/carers, children and young people as well as educational settings and key stakeholders to facilitate the Needs Assessment process and amend EHC Plans following annual review. This will include securing educational placements, submitting cases to panel and any other associated casework. 

About you

You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and hold a high level of time management and organisational skills with the ability to respond to competing priorities and statutory deadlines. Excellent communication skills is a must and will include a calm, professional approach.
