We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and pro-active Senior Administrator for our busy, happy and supportive school office. Teversham is an exciting and vibrant primary school set on the outskirts of the historic city of Cambridge. We have a strong team spirit and work collaboratively, with a commitment to developing positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. What will you be doing?

The role includes:

• Receptionist and Administrative duties

• Developing positive relationships with parents and children and supporting families.

• Acting as Attendance Officer including completion of registers, chasing absence and lateness, monitoring attendance and issuing letters.

• Administration of Pre-School admissions and registers.

• Administration relating to Breakfast and Afterschool club.

About you

The successful applicant will have experience of working in an office, ideally a school office, be an excellent communicator, friendly and professional, have the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and be a confident user of Word, Excel and Outlook. They will have the ability to multi-task and to build positive relationships will all parents, children and staff is essential. If you think you may have some, but all of these skills, we would still be keen to talk to you!
