Senior Educational Psychologists

About the role

I am delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join us as a Senior Education Psychologist to be the strategic lead for the Team in addressing the needs of children and young people in Cambridgeshire.

What will you be doing?

Applications are invited from candidates with the relevant qualifications, along with a thorough knowledge of current legislation and developments in relation to SEND.  You will have an understanding of the factors that lead to improved outcomes for individuals and their access and participation in learning.  The role will provide clinical and case management supervision, including tribunal supervision, to the Educational Psychologists in the Team.  You will be able to apply a range of techniques, grounded in the relevant psychological theory, to make a difference to the learning opportunities and social emotional development of children and young people and communicate clearly and effectively in a way that is readily understood.

Appointment to this post will be subject to the outcome of an Enhanced Disclosure with Adult and Child Barred List checks obtained through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
