About the role
The Policy and Insight Team is looking for a Senior Analyst to support two important work streams; WorkWell and High Impact Use Service. The role will be split 50/50 across these to areas.
The WorkWell programme aims to design and implement joined-up services for people with health barriers to work. You will work with the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough High Impact Use Service to provide data and a broad range of reports and service intelligence.
Working collaboratively with system partners, the Senior Insight Analyst will research and collate data and insights from a wide range of sources to help service leads understand the direct and indirect impact of this innovative approach on individuals and on wider services. This is a chance to make a real difference for vulnerable members of our community.
The post will be hosted by the Policy and Insight Team, which is a team that provides a range of policy, strategy, insight and research for services and partners. You will have support of colleagues with similar and complimentary skills. The post will be line manged by a Policy and Insight Manager.
