About the role
We are looking for a full-time (37hrs) Fixed Term maternity cover, Targeted Support Assistant Manager in the Huntingdon and St Ives district area in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting role that provides opportunities for a successful candidate to develop their management and leadership skills.
The post holder will join a dynamic multi-disciplinary Targeted Support Team that supports children and young people aged 0-19 and their families.

What will you be doing?
The post holder will manage a multidisciplinary team of practitioners that work directly with children, young people, and their families. You will provide management and caseload supervision support. You will work alongside the Targeted Support Service Manager to review new referrals and allocate cases. You will need to build strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies including schools and health services to coordinate support for vulnerable children and their families.

We are looking for a highly committed, enthusiastic, and hardworking professional who will be part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team supporting families throughout Huntingdon & St Ives.
