You will provide consultation and guidance on complex children and young people’s legislation when required and participate in the Team Manager on‑call rota (alternating with the EDT Children’s Team Manager).

You will monitor and manage team performance using available data and tools to ensure performance against local and national targets is achieved and maintained. Additionally, you will routinely quality‑assure and audit social work case records, assessments, plans, and documentation to uphold practice standards and support staff development and appraisal.

About you
