What will you be doing?
The role will involve managing the St Neots Gypsy and Travellers site, visiting each week, carrying out compliance checks, liaising with tenants, identifying maintenance required, liaising with the Council and contractors, allocating pitches, collecting payments, and signposting tenants to sources of advice should they be required.
About you
The suitable candidate should have previous experience working in a similar role. They should be familiar with working with the travelling community. Some experience of dealing with repairs and maintenance and working with contractors would be good.
