About the role
We are looking to appoint a strong, experienced and inspiring person to lead and develop our successful group of three maintained nursery schools in the beautiful city of Cambridge. They are: Brunswick Nursery School Young Street, Cambridgeshire, CB1 2LZ, Colleges Nursery School The Centre, Campkin Road, Cambridge, CB4 2LD , and The Fields Nursery School Galfrid Road, Cambridge, CB5 8ND.
The Executive Headteacher will:
• Lead by example, providing vision and direction to secure exceptional outcomes for all children
• Promote and maintain high quality teaching standards across the Federation
• Create and develop an inclusive ethos where children know and understand the value of their own and each other’s unique backgrounds and lifestyles
• Implement an effective approach to performance management to ensure children have their care and learning needs met, including those with special educational needs (SEND)
• Develop an effective and aspirational continuous improvement programme
